group of young people

This year may feel really different for people receiving their exam results, so the National Careers Service have set up a special helpline to help young people (and their parents or carers) work through their next steps.

  • Advice about careers
  • Re-sits or re-takes
  • Continuing education – like studying at a university or college
  • Different ways to learn – like Apprenticeships, Traineeships and NVQs
  • Getting a job or setting up in business

You can speak to a dedicated careers adviser by calling the National Careers Service helpline on 0800 100 900

You’ll also find lots of advice at the National Careers Service website where you can research careers and compare your options for the future.
