Mobile Jobcentre Plus – what to expect

Our mobile Jobcentre vans are equipped with:

  • ramps and accessible entry
  • Wi‑Fi to help with online applications
  • secure handling of personal information

If you have specific accessibility needs, let a member of the team know when you arrive.

What to bring with you

If you can, please bring along:

  • your CV if you have one
  • details of your work history
  • any documents related to a claim or job application

You can still visit us if you don’t have these items.

Service changes

Occasionally, we may need to cancel or change a visit at short notice. If this happens, we’ll update the area’s timetable page as soon as possible.
